In a meeting today, one of the team was complaining about her Property Manager and how hard it was to get any contact with her. Another team member brought up her Property Manager from Gary J Smith as a contrast. How efficient she was, how good her follow up was, how great her care and compassion was. How, in fact, this Property Manager was the best she had experienced across 5 separate agencies in the Glenelg area. She could not speak more highly of her Property Manager and was adamant that if she had an investment property, then she would only ever use Karly Miller from Gary J Smith Real Estate to look after it for her.
