A decorated long time devotee of cue sports, John is gifted in tactical manoeuvring, a skill he puts to good use when negotiating a sale. “I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping my clients achieve what they want to achieve and hoping that they’re extremely happy at the end of the day with their sale or purchase outcome. I like to supply a lot of facts and I think I have an ability to empathise and understand their wants and needs, both at the appraisal level and the sales level”.
With a previous background in quality control and a University degree in Applied Science, John retains an eye for detail and perfection in making sure sales go through effortlessly. Well over 80% of John’s business is from clients who have dealt with him before, or have been referred to him.
John has also achieved the honour of winning a national award for the Highest Number of Residential Sales in 1997 throughout the Australian Network and The Advertiser Sales Representative of the Year award for Western Metropolitan. Over 40 years of experience includes working in Project Management with the extremely professional Gary J Smith Real Estate team on a number of urban renewal projects including “The Vines” and “The Avenues” at Mitchell Park.
